Terms of Engagement & Warranty Framework

1. Scope of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement govern the manufacture, sale, delivery, commissioning, and servicing of solar-hybrid egg incubators, community hatching stations, and associated agricultural services provided by TechPlus Trust Ltd in Rwanda and the East African Community.

2. Standard Payment Terms (50/50 Schedule)

Unless otherwise specified in a formal institutional contract or government procurement framework:

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total order value is due upon contract execution to initiate fabrication and component allocation in Kigali.
• Final Settlement: The remaining 50% is due upon physical on-farm delivery, electrical commissioning, and baseline calibration.

3. 12-Month Physical Warranty

All TechPlus incubators include a 12-month comprehensive warranty covering digital thermostats, heating elements, turning motors, and circulating ventilation fans against manufacturing defects. Replacement parts are maintained in our Kigali workshop for rapid dispatch.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising in connection with equipment supply or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kigali.
