We collect information strictly necessary to fulfill inquiries, execute equipment orders, deliver training certifications, and maintain technician SLAs:
- Contact details: Name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, organization or cooperative name.
- Operational details: Geographic district, target flock capacity, and farm electrical setup.
- Technical records: Equipment serial numbers, commissioning logs, and maintenance records.
3. Use of Information
Your information is utilized solely to deliver incubator hardware, process payments under our 50/50 installment frameworks, coordinate field technicians, and provide required warranty support. We never sell, monetize, or disclose your contact details to third parties.
